​A four‑month, experience‑driven program designed to help new grads, co‑op students, and youth build the practical skills, confidence, and real‑world readiness they need to land their first professional role. The focus is on learning by doing—participants work on well‑designed mock projects or support real initiatives so they gain the kind of hands‑on experience employers look for.

The transition from school to the workforce can feel uncertain, especially without meaningful experience. This program bridges that gap by giving emerging talent a structured environment where they can practice, experiment, and grow through realistic work scenarios.
